# Welcome

Zeka is a case management platform for social workers and care teams, built to help them track clients, manage cases, organize documents, and stay on top of follow-up work.

It is designed as a free core product that saves time on repetitive admin work and helps teams work more effectively.

#### Who is it for

Zeka is for:

* social workers
* case managers
* small care teams
* NGOs
* public-sector teams
* organizations that need structured client and case tracking

#### What problem does it solve?

Many teams still manage important case work with spreadsheets, scattered notes, and disconnected tools.

Zeka brings that work into one place:

* client records
* case notes
* scheduling
* documents
* reporting
* dashboards

#### Why it matters

Zeka is not just a product demo. It is also a technical showcase.

The platform is built with a microservice-based .NET backend, an Angular frontend, and shared libraries designed for maintainability, scalability, and clean separation of concerns.

That means the documentation serves two purposes:

• It explains the product
\
• it demonstrates the engineering behind it
